Peak Heating and Air, Inc. of Highland Heights, KY is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, schedule and dispatch service calls, and participate in some accounting responsibilities. The typical schedule for our Customer Service Representatives / Dispatchers is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This office position comes with a competitive wage of $14-$18/hour based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. After receiving incoming client calls, you dispatch service calls to field technicians. As a dispatcher, you work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Communicating with the warehouse, you help arrange prompt delivery of parts and equipment. You are like our conductor who directs us as we perform our individual parts resulting in a successful HVAC concert each day!

Additionally, you perform basic office duties including some accounting tasks. Your hard work ensures that our office runs smoothly. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping our accounting records up-to-date and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service experience
Basic computer skills

Can you do light accounting work? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have strong communication skills? Do you present yourself professionally over the phone?
